At True Natural Luv, we take pride in handcrafting every product with care, using high-quality, all-natural ingredients made to order. Because of our small-batch process, our products have a longer shelf life and are made fresh just for you.  

Processing & Shipping  

All products are made to order, so please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or high-volume seasons. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Ingredients & Allergies 

 Ingredients are listed on each product page. Please review carefully before purchase. Always perform a patch test before using a new product. True Natural Luv is not responsible for allergic reactions. We recommend discontinuing use immediately if irritation occurs. 

Returns & Store Credit  

Due to the personal and handmade nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your item arrives damaged or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. In approved cases, we offer store credit only. Credit must be used within 60 days of issue.
